My first Black Bear - My father and I with my first Black Bear. I took this bruin on 11/18/12 with a muzzleloader. I was on an "all day in the stand deer hunt", when at 3pm this black object appeared in the woods. After a few minutes I realized it was a bear. I grabbed my camera and began filming, not even thinking about shooting it. Then I ask myself- "Is Bear season in"?, I picked up my cell phone and called a buddy at work who got online and said "actually today is the last legal day to shoot a bear w a muzzleloader".
